The NLP Master Practitioner course is delivered over five modules each consisting of three days of intensive and experiential learning.  The course structure follows an NLP modelling theme throughout and is designed to provide learners with the skill set to become pattern developers in their own right, as well as being highly proficient in the advanced material delivered in the programme

In your first three modules you will learn core cognitive and linguistic formats which can be applied to create conversational change across multiple contexts. Additionally, the module goes right to the heart of NLP’s creation, with NLP modelling skills. You will learn how to become a modeller, by applying the same NLP modelling format used by John Grinder and Richard Bandler, originally used to build NLP.

Advanced Conversational Change

The linguistic models known as Beyond Words language and Sleight of Mouth patterns are powerful formats which linguistically chain states from problem to beyond the outcome in the person the Master Practitioner is interacting with. These language patterns produce momentum and change through the processing of the complex linguistic structures inherent in the pattern.

This art of conversational change can create those ‘ah ha’ moments in coaching, facilitate breakthroughs in areas of business and allow you to get results with those you work with, through skilful use of language.

Meta Programmes, the filters which structure our world

Meta Programmes are deep filters which influence our thinking, language and behaviour across all areas of life. When you know another person’s Meta Programmes, you have a deep insight into the structure of their map of the world. This knowledge provides you with the information about what drives an individual, how they are motivated, what turns them on and what turns them off. Meta Programmes show us how people make essential decisions and the criteria they use to evaluate important scenarios.

The information you gather from Meta Programme elicitation is of premium value in team building, ensuring that people are positioned for optimal performance. In sales and marketing Meta Programmes are applied to tailor the language within a pitch to suit different buyers. In coaching we use Meta Programmes to utilise natural pre-anchored circuits of high performance to breakthrough a limiting mind-set.

Modelling Excellence like the Masters

NLP Modelling is the core essence of NLP, and in this course you will learn the format John Grinder and Richard Bander worked with to capture the genius of Perls, Satir and Erickson. Not only will you learn modelling skills, you will get the chance to conduct a micro modelling project as part of the course, putting your new skills into action and using an NLP presentation format, to present your NLP modelling project to your class colleagues.

Module 1 & 2 key learning points:

• • Milton and Meta Model review for advanced application of NLP language
  • Sleight of Mouth Patterning, reframing verbal statements to create momentum for change
  • Beyond Words patterns, the ultimate conversational change package, for evoking deeply altering states through directionalised questioning levering multiple linguistic structures
  • Meta Programmes, for psychological persuasion at the deep unconscious level, and also recognition of an individual’s psychological structure which is useful for team building
  • NLP modelling, using unconscious assimilation as the format for gathering behavioural data
  • The Grinder/Bandler 5 Step Modelling formula for modelling excellence
  • How to code your model and present it to others using a specific NLP presentation process

After these six days, you will have immersed yourself in the learning material above and as a result be able to conduct elegant linguistic interventions using the linguistic patterning covered in the course.

The experience you will gain from the modelling exercises will pave the way for you to be a modeller and pattern developer bringing your own modelling projects forward in your personal development and business, as well as the overall NLP world.

Modules 3, 4 & 5 of this Master Practitioner course is all about transforming realities through the application of deep NLP for Change Protocols. This is the ultimate NLP Coaching programme where NLP International Trainer, Jacquie Nagy presents the deep change structures of NLP. With the skills available in this module you can increase the impact of your coaching and healing and work with clients to create transformation in life areas such as their career, relationships, health, finance. These skills will make you stand out as a coach, as you will impact clients at deeper levels demonstrating profound value.

Working with Timelines

TimeLines in NLP are used as a method to explore clients’ historic representations as well as their perceptions of the future. You will learn how to assist people to break deeply stuck patterns which negatively impact their psychological and physical wellbeing. You will learn how to enable people to create a release from their past and in doing so formatting a brighter and more positive future.

As well as working with visual and spatial TimeLine protocols, you will be working rapid non linear timeline formats such as the DropThrough Pattern and Time Scramble techniques to create a deep and lasting change for clients.

NLP and Healing

A key presupposition in NLP, which makes it distinct from other change systems is that the mind and body are synonymous in the system. You will learn how to apply advanced NLP formats to establish healing frames for clients who are experiencing illness and poor health. The NLP Healing Patterns have been tried and tested across many different health conditions ranging from allergies, infections, immune disorders as well as general health conditions which severely impact quality of life, wellbeing and longevity.

The health and healing formats you will learn are heavily influenced by New Code NLP Protocols, so you will be learning the most up to date patterns for this highly important and vital arena of work.

Conducting Breakthroughs Sessions

NLP ‘Breakthrough Sessions’ are the pinnacle of elegance as a profound change process in NLP work. ‘The Breakthrough Session’ reaches parts that more standard processes are not able to reach. Breakthrough sessions over a 3 to 4 hour period offer a deep exploration into a life area, such as health, wealth, family, business or relationships.

The Breakthrough process brings to the surface destructive patterns, conflicting values and deep unconscious thinking structures. The Practitioner will work to assist the client to heal the underlying issues for the original negative behaviours to run, and in doing so reworking the internal conflicts to produce congruence at the values level and create new behaviours which promote harmony and achievement in the area of ‘The Breakthrough Session’.

After these 9 days, you will have explored and worked with some of the most transformational NLP formats available today. You will have learnt how to utilise what you have attained during the ‘Breakthrough Session’ and you will have had the privilege of leading a course colleague through a complete ‘Breakthrough Session’ as well as being a client yourself to create a major shift in a life area you are currently challenged in.

You will have formats available to you to work with health issues including allergies, ways to work with compulsive behaviours, strategies to support healing of PTSD and the tools to create momentum with chronic impasses which keep people stuck in the past.
